陈怡诺，女，1995年6月生，中共党员，辽宁沈阳人，工学博士（后），讲师，硕士生导师。主要从事火灾防治与环境控制、矿井通风与灾害防治等方面教学科研研究。2023年博士毕业于辽宁工程技术大学安全科学与工程专业。

主持校博士科研启动基金计划项目一项、鄂尔多斯研究院校地项目一项，参与国家自然科学基金项目、辽宁省自然科学基金项目、辽宁省教育厅基本科研项目、辽宁省百千万人才工程资助项目、辽宁特聘教授资助项目等纵向课题研究十余项，横向一项。

在Process Safety and Environmental Protection、Case Studies in Thermal Engineering、安全与环境等期刊发表论文10余篇，其中SCI检索12篇（第一/通讯作者8篇）。
